Im 23 and in the midst of a job hunt. I have held an office-desk job twice already and have decided to find something more exciting. My degree was in Management.

Besides monster.com, craigslist.org, careerbuilder.com and hotjobs.com, is there another site you can recommend (and one without temp agency listings)? I live in NYC.

Any help will be greatly appreciative, thanks

As a military veteran (27 1/2 years) I strongly recommend looking at the military. If you already have a degree you could consider becoming an officer in the branch of your choice. The military however is like anything else; you have to like it to stay with it. The military offers such a broad choice of careers and educational opportunities. The best things; constant employment (no lay offs, no temporary shut downs), full medical/dental/vision benefits at no cost, exceptional educational opportunities, retirement you do not pay into (retire early and work another job while drawing your retirement, continued medical, free travel, and continued educational benefits), living quarters you do not pay utilities or insurance on. You have opportunities to change career fields if you decide on something different and you get to see a lot of the world. Best of all - life time friends spread throughout the United States and you are what you make yourself! The reserve components offer almost the same opportunities and you do not move around as much but it is far more political. If you have the right personality and political frame of mind you can move up the promotional ladder pretty fast.
With exception of a very few people there is not many civilian organizations that can give an employee the same benefits available through the military.
Federal Civil Service also offers many of these benefits.
The other options: CEO of an oil company (one made over a million dollars a day last year; $400 + million), or CEO of an automobile manafacturing company (one made over four million dollars the first three months he was CEO), or go into federal politics; it is rare any of them leave office without being worth several million dollars.
