In all seriousness, save another $20 bucks, go to a local music store, and try out some used pieces. I can't tell from the pictures, but I'd be willing to bet it's not built very well and with cheap wood. Unless it's a high-end model, buying a guitar online isn't the best way to go, even for a beginner.

If you buy a cheap guitar (as in how it's made, not the price) you will sound like crap no matter how good you are.

Ok I checked it out. It is not the best guitar in the world. Do you really need an electric acoustic, you will need to buy an amp and chords. Maybe you should look at a site that has only music equipment. and see if there is a better quality acoustic guitar. It will depend on what kind of music you want to play. At the same time $79 bucks ain't that much money. I started with a really crappy guitar, and then I practiced tons and I decided I really liked playing guitar, so I saved and got a better one.

Don't buy a guitar U can't try first. Go to Ur local music shop. Look at 2nd hand stuff . Try as much as U can in ur price range. Check for rattles and buzzes. See if U like the sound.
see if it plays well. U could afford a better quality acoustic if u didn't need electric. I live in UK so don't know guitar prices any where else. Hope this helps.

The link doesn't work so I couldn't see it. I would recommend getting an inexpensive guitar though since you are just learning. I wouldn't spend much less than $100, or it might play badly and you'll hate it. As you learn to play on your first guitar, try out guitars at pawn shops and music botiques. Eventually will you know when you have found the right guitar for you, but there is no rush if you have an inexpensive "practice guitar."

Epiphone Ibanez and Yamaha make great guitars for the price.

Always try a guitar before you buy. Go to your local music store with how much you can spend in mind and try to ask them what you should try. My first guitar was an acoustic fender that cost me 120.00 but sounded beautiful. I even used it for some studio sessions later on. Some guitars just sound great and you can only find it if you try it out!
