No, your company is not liable here, any more than they would be if your car was vandalized in the company parking lot.
Yes - you're SOL. I would check to see if the club you were at has cameras monitoring the lots, perhaps they'll have video of the vandalism, but even then it'll be hard to find someone to pay other than yourself or your insurance.

I'm afraid it's all on your shoulders. The company is not responsible. Your insurance rate may or may not increase depending on the insurance company and your driving record. Check your deductable and get an estimate to repair it. If the repair cost is less than the deductable, then there is no point in contacting your insurance company. Sorry I could not have told you differently.

If the carpark has no obstacles in it. it fairly is decrease than the comparable regulations as british roads via fact it has an beginning off onto roads making any signs and indicators invalid. Technically they could could pay for it besides the undeniable fact that it can be a protracted drawn out affair and that i does no longer start to objective to take it to court docket except you had witnesses and urban data that they have got been in charge or maybe then the hardship could be alot extra beneficial than purely getting it sorted. you may attempt and bluff them and tell them which you're taking them each of ways and attempt to get some reimbursement. How badly broken is your vehicle?

Of course try first - it doesn't hurt to try. It really depends on the company whether they are willing to pay for it. My sister's car was scratched up by a weedwacker at a company event and her company paid for it - like I said it depends on the company - they could always come up with an excuse to refuse.

Personally, I think that would be extremely cheesy of you to try and place responsibility on your company for what happened.
Your insuance company should have some sort of coverage of hit/run...make them take the hit, thats what all those premuims are for. Don't assume that your insurance wil automatically go up. Also, the golf course may have video camera, which may have recorded the event itself.
Good Luck!

Out of luck unless your company is willing to do it. It doesn't hurt to ask. But otherwise, sorry, you will also have to pay the deductible for your insurance too

Your company has nothing to do with it. If your insurance rates will increase for a no-fault claim you need to switch to another insurance company.

Why on earth should they pay?
So when you go to the mall should the mall have to pay if your car gets hit in the parking lot?
What.. should they have hired a security guard to watch each vehicle?
They didnt hit the car! Of course you cant get them to pay!

Yes, first try to get your company to pony up. If you were legally parked also try to get the club to fess up. If all else fails, and it will, (you don't matter to a big insurance company) but file a claim with your insurance company.
