hey i have a big problem. i model for Ford, and i have gained some pounds over the last couple of months. i got a deal to model for Teen Vouge, but they said i have to lose at least 10 pounds. the shoot is next sunday. please help!

I really hate to say this...
but if its next Sunday and your gonna model for teen VOGUE then were speaking drastic
measures :)
try to eat alot less and drink alot more water.
if you do eat eat veggies and fuit and salad.
and work work work out!!
in the morning when you wake up to burn stored fat do crunches, situps, pushups, side crunches, pilates, aerobics, dumbbell routines, bicycle kicks, lunges. if you don't know what some of those are then either google them or go to this website which has great workout ideas http://www.toneteen.com/pages/fitness.htm
and in the evening ride a bike, roller skate, and walk for at least 30+ minutes
walk/run around and swim as much as possible.

Losing ten pounds in as many days does not seem healthy to me. Do you want to risk your health for a job?
This is one of the reasons why I'm not keen on modeling. It's too superficial. Personally, I would tell them that if they don't like me for me, they can stick it. I've read "Teen Vogue", as my younger sister-in-law reads it and the models are scary thin. What's sicker is that my SIL compares herself to them, and other models, saying that she's too "fat". Yikes.
Do what you want. It's your life.

uhhh run in the morning and at night!! put some exercise in between and you be good! i have lost three lbs. since last friday by doing that!!!
