A driver is stuck in a traffic jam on the highway. Nothing is moving.
Suddenly a man knocks on his window.
The driver rolls down his window and asks, "What's happening?"
"Terrorists have kidnapped Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton. They are asking for a $10 million ransom. Otherwise they are going to douse them with gasoline and set them on fire. We are going from car to car, taking up a collection."
The driver asks, "How much is everyone giving, on average?"
"About a gallon."

Motor mounts. Think about it...your car is torqueing when the engine is engaged with the transmission. You may be stopped but it's still trying to torque the engine. The only thing keeping it from rattling your car to pieces is the motor mounts. You just feel it more in "D"...but it's there all the time.
