A 21 get shy over a 15?

he is working with my mom.he tell my mom that he likes me and he has been asking for my number for about 7 months?Does he have some weird problem and i think he is kind of creepy.he is nervous/shy when my mom talk about me to him example like>>today i am going to the cafe and after he heard that he walk away quickly?i caught him many times that he glaze after me when i walk away?i think he is acting weird??

if you could update and clarify your question, that would be helpful. as it seems, is he 21 and your 15 and he's acting weird or shy? if that's the case...honey, 21 is too old for a 15 year old. it's weird. a 21 year old who is interested in a 15 year old has problems. serious ones. while it may be flattering for you, it's a dangerous situation. there's not enough mental connection between the two ages, so that narrows down what he's interested in to one thing: sex. i'm surprised your mother hasn't knocked him out. it's not a cool situation. i'm glad you see the creepiness, because it is creepy. like, if he's 21, and doesn't have a girlfriend his age, and is eyeing up a 15 year old, that means that girls his age are creeped out by him, too. big red flag. stay away from this guy. hopefully your mom is a sensible woman and won't let him near you, except for when you see her at her work.
if he continues to try and get involved with you, you may need to contact people with more control, like the police.
i'm sure you're a lovely young woman...you don't need a creepster 21 year old as a boyfriend, despite the allure of an older man. i can see it now: if you ever went somewhere alone with him, he'd probably buy alcohol and try and get you drunk, and then you-know-what. just don't bother with him, please, it's too dangerous. some people say age is just a number--that's fine, if you're over 18, even better if you're over 21 and so is the partner. 15 and 21? no. way.

Maybe he doesn't know you're 15? LOL! But honestly, I have cousins and nieces that are your age and they do not look their age at all. I remember when I was in highschool, you could tell. But these days, girls wear makeup and dress up like Paris Hilton or Beyonce, it's very hard to distinguish age nowadays. Tell your mom to remind him that you are only 15 years old and if he still keeps asking. STAY AWAY!

He most likely initially thought, o she is hot lets ask her out. Then your mum said, o she is 15 and he has gone "o shi-, she is underage and stuff". So to avoid feeling creepy he just avoids ya.

Its only natural i feel weird around teenieboppers as well, not for that reason tho, dont know what it is about them?

some guys like older girls he is too young for you right now but maybe if you meet him when he is 24 yrs and you are 30 yrs old it wouldn't be too bad age shouldn't matter I know some 40 yrs old woman with a 30 yrs old man.
