How do I get a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan to display it's own self diagnostic fault code (check engine light came on today). I've already tried switching the ignition from ACC to ON multiple times. Does anyone know the sequence for this vehicle?

Since 1996 all cars have had OBD II compliant computers and cycling the ignition key will not reveal a fault. On my 2000 Stratus it tested all the dash lights and gages.
Take the car to Autozone and they will hook up a code reader and tell you what is at fault.

You need to take it to the dealer or if you're mechanically inclined, you can get a code reader at a local auto parts store. If you don't use it that often the dealer is the best way to go.
