That is probably the basis; but Bankruptcy stays on your credit report for 10 years if I'm correct. But every other thing drops off after 7years from date of last activity

I don't know, but if so, it's outdated. People live alot longer than they did thousands of years ago, so seven years isn't long enough. The way bankruptcy is abused is shameful. I think a person should only be able to file BK once every 20 years.

Actually most things clear in 7, but bankruptcy and tax debit take 10 years.

Our law are based on Biblical principles, I never made that connection before.
