It sounds just fine, but don't deprive yourself. Go with that cereal!! But if you like oatmeal, it will give you a better start. Cereal is a great before bed snack!
Also don't starve yourself in between meals. You'll have much better luck losing if you keep your blood sugar levels even all day. Snack on fresh fruit, yogurt, veggies, etc... in between, also almonds are a wonderful snack. The important thing is to listen to your body, if your hungry...eat.
Don't forget that sugar free pudding or jello is also a sweet treat and good for you. If you like ice cream, switch to sherbet. If you like chips, go with rice cakes (they come in all flavors now). You can get 98% fat free microwave popcorn also, full of fiber which keeps you fuller longer. Whole wheat crackers and string cheese are also appropriate snacks.

It looks like you had a great meal today and the cereal is fine is because you still need breakfast and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For lunch, you could have two pieces of bread since one piece of bread equals one carb and it's okay if you have two carbs per meal since I think the tuna doesn't have any carbs.
For the exercising, you need to work out atleast 30 minutes per day, okay? Otherwise you did a very good day eating.

You need more substance in your breakfast. Try some scrambled eggs. You must have protein. With all the sugar in that cereal, you will be starving before your morning snack.
Drink lots of water too. Good Luck.

Eat a whole grain cereal instead of that sugary cereal and add a small snack after dinner and the rest doesn't seem too bad. Also, try unsweeted tea. It's better for you.

you are in the growing stage don't diet during this time because your body needs the food to grow you will end up looking shorter in your adult hood and eventually you will end up looking fat because when you are short you will look wide.eat whatever you want just avoid junk food and fattening food.

you can eat whatever you want as long as you burn it off. if you can burn the extra weight off you're good. also eat healthy things but you can go for that cereal.
