I think you're on time. If people want you to be there earlier, they should just say so. I think it's ridiculous to make an appointment for, say, 10 o'clock and then expect people to be there at 9:45. If you want people to be there at 9:45 fine but say so!

In the business world if someone tells you to be somewhere at a certain time, on time is fifteen minutes early. It shows respect and responsibility. I would say always try to be early you never know what will happen on the way and its better to be early then late.
