i have horrible bags under my eyes.....many say its cause i had thyroid problems...but i think its genetics.....i swear i have tried everything and nothing seems to work...... prep. H dsnt' work, not gels, potatoes, cucumbers, none of them work..i get enough sleep......what am i doing wrong??? What really works....

Are they puffy? To reduce that you can sleep with a few extra pillows under your head ( elevation ) which should drain the puffiness, otherewise I use Mary Kay soothing eye mask.

Get 8 hours sleep every night. Eat Well and don't smudge your eye make up.

If you are dark skinned chances are you won't get rid of them unless you have major plastic surgery.

i found i got them recently and ive been told i have a deficiency of iron, ive started taking iron tablets (only twice as i only got this result from a blood test on wednesday) maybe ur doc should do some blood tests? just my opinion x good luck whatever u do x

put two metal spoons in the freezer the night before. then in the morning press the cold spoons under your eyes. should help. works for me.

Biotin is a vitamin that helps hair grow, I found that it also helped my skin look better. I have this genetic prob too.

drink lots of water, and if you wake up to puffy eyes, try putting a spoon in the freezer a night before.put it over your eyes in the morning. it reduces puffiness & redness too. (i've tried it.)
