crunchy! McDonalds are good with Wendy's a close second. Fresh cut fries cooked in peanut oil are the best however!

I like them when they are very cruchy on the outside, but fluffy, sort of baked potato texture inside. gotta fry twice, first lower temperature then higher temperature to achieve this
