i went to a black erhnic salon and while i was there a hispanic girl ( she look like she was 15) told the worker in the salon about the jheri curl and how she wanted it done and the worker said " why do you want a jheri curl you hair is too perfect for a jheri curl" why is this what is wrong with the jheri curl

Well, I think the hair dresser was talking more about the fact that a Jheri Curl wouldn't take on her hair. As a hispanic lady, the texture is probably different than that of an African American. Similar to the fact that a fine-haired individual couldn't put a relaxer in their hair.

Everything is wrong with the jheri curl - just because 80s is coming back it doesn't mean to just pick up anything and do it, but with modern twists and fashion forward not backward

what's right with the jerry curl that thing is outdated and it always looked crazy and greasy,but it is actually good for the hair because the hair is continueously moisturized. My auntie still has one.
