Is there anybody out there that is tired of forgetting to blow out your candles before you leave home or hoping that your child does nt get burned by the candle you had lit? I came up with a solution. I simply never light a candle unless it is contained in a bowl of rocks with sand between. So I don't have to worry about it, just always put in the rock immediately, never set down because the possibility of forgetting or getting distracted.

QVC has battery operated candles, actual wax with flickering action and wick. Totally real looking - very safe.
