DON'T LOOK for HDMI 1.3. It is meaningless unless you are looking for a specific feature (Deep color, xvYCC, advanced audio, etc.).
From the 1.3 specs, those relevant to TVs are

Deep color - (better color resolution)
xvYCC support - Wider color gamut (assuming, the source, the recorder and the player support it - fat chance for a while).

Samsung and Sony have LCDs that supports xvYCC if you want to pay a lots more.

I looked all over the Crutchfield site and the cables. I don't find 1.3HDMI mentioned anywhere.
