I'm 18 and still a virgin :), but I've been with my boyfriend for about 7 months now. I'm not ashamed being a virgin. I'm actually quite proud, and feel that sex is pretty a huge experience in your life. Yet, I feel very guilty because he is my first boyfriend and I want to have to have sex with him. :/ We've had this discussion, and he told me that the emotional attachment is so strong and that we shouldn't have sex yet! Nor does he think I'm ready. I'm flattered, but again feel guilty because I want him to be my first :( .

He also may not be ready. You can still please one another without penetration. Enjoy what you have as it is a rarity these days. Sounds to me like you have a very caring and thoughtful partner.

Relax. Take a deep breath. You are a wonderful gf for this guy and it sounds like he is a wonderful bf for you. be thankful because there are guys who would take advantage of the good feelings that you have just spoken of.
Don't feel guilty. Your body is just dumping gallons of hormones on you that smother your thoughts about sex. Please understand that harps will not play, life will not change, and you don't gain some extra percaption that you did not have before, when you have sex for the first time. Lots of girls say it hurts the first time, and was a let down. All that happens is he puts his thing-thing in your waa waa and goes yuk yuk.
He loves you. You love him. That is the important part. Sex can and does change relationships. Being 18 you have not rushed into anything, so don't start now.
We are all behind you and believe whatever you decide will be the right thing for you.

Take it from me wait til your married. Very seldom do we end up with our first loves. You haven't given yourself time to truly experience life yet. And if he has that much respect for you by abstaining then you need to cherish that and protect your virginity. Lust is a very powerful thing and can lead us into doing stuff that we wish we hadn't. Boyfriends may come and go but once you cross over you can never become a virgin again. How many can say that they are as pure as the driven snow? Not me, when I married I wasn't a virgin, and I have a daughter who is 15 and I wished I could tell her that I had remained chaste. Gave my virginity away to whom I thought I would be with forever. A wise person once told me that first person should be someone very special because you always remember your first, but not your second. Good luck and I hope you make the right decision.

Don't feel guilty about anything. It's nice that you think about him, but on the realz 7 months is nothing compared to how long you've been saving your virginity. Virginity is something you should be proud of and isnt worth giving away on just a 7 month relationship. You are a dieing breed and I just wish more girls were like you.

for the time of intercourse, the hormone oxytocin is released right into a woman's physique. This hormone reasons the strategies to offer emotions of bonding, making the lady sense closer to a guy she's purely had intercourse with. this would sense like clinginess to the unsuspecting male. adult males have this hormone too, yet i assume its consequence is nowhere close to the comparable as with women.

It is partly true, it does mess with your body chemicals. I think once you understand sex and the seriousness of it (by the sounds of it you are well on your way) i dont see any real harm.

You guys sound 10 times more responsible then normal teenagers so your miles ahead of that preggie 13 year old :P
