I have a problem. My problem is all my body hair. It is mostly on my arms and upper lip. I want to know how to get rid of it. I can't shave it, wax it, use veet/nair, or lasor hair removal. If I exfoliate will it thin out the hair on my arms? Any tips I could use to make my hair less noticable or less of it? I also bleach my upper lip and arm hair. It doesn't really make it less noticable. Please help. Thank you! ♥

Well you just knocked out all possibilities if you already bleach and can't shave/wax/use depilatories/have laser treatments.
Those are the options. Wax your lip.
