You can even incorporate genuine science into your studies, much as the Jesuits did, running close and parallel, but never quite touching the faith-powered logic structures.
And it's not just Christians. Jews have their yeshivas. Hindus have their Vedic scholars. Muslims and Buddhists each argue and dispute the fine points of their metaphysics among themselves, all rationally and logically. They just don't acknowledge that tiny little gap.
The better religions relate their findings to their relationships with and obligations toward other fellow humans. The worst either demonize outsiders or withdraw into a defensive circle. You can arrive at any of these postures with or without logic. This just points out the perils of untested assumptions. Unless every premise is verified, all conclusions are unverified, even the good ones.

Buddhism. Buddhists are taught to use knowledge, common sense, and logic when searching for truths. If favors knowledge and wisdom over simple faith. I actually think that it has more than a little rationality.
