I say no. You don't have to be baptized to be saved. You only have to believe and accept Christ as you're lord and savior. Being Baptized is just a way to tell the world that you're a follower of Christ. You won't go to hell if you don't get baptized.

The thief on the cross next to Jesus wasn't baptized, and I'm sure that he is in Heaven. If we have genuinely repented of our sins and put our faith in Christ, but we die before we can get baptized, well, we'll still go to Heaven. Now, if have been saved, but have no desire to get baptized, well, something is wrong there. We care commanded to get baptized, and normally ASAP, Though baptism isn't essential for salvation, it is a sign of our salvation. Its something we do because we are saved, not something we do to get saved. To say that baptism is needed for salvation would demean the work that Jesus did on the Cross. It would be like saying that what God did for us wasn't good enough. Now if we think we are saved but have no desire to get baptized, I would strongly suggest that person to re-examine their faith to see if they really are saved. Baptism is a command, just like evangelism is, and they are not command that should go ignored.

15He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. 16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

Accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior is what gets you into heaven, not being baptised. However, Jesus was baptised by John the Baptist, and in following His example, we should seek to be baptised. Even more importantly, we should seek after and expect the baptism of the Holy Ghost, as Christ told us. This endues us with power to resist Satan, and spread the gospel with the authority of the Holy Spirit.

No, You will not go to Hell, If you aren't Baptised. How-ever, God does Instruct us to get Baptised "after" we are saved, and made Jesus Our Lord and Savior. (The Thief on the cross with Jesus got Saved, and Could not get baptised.) Jesus told Him: " This Day , You will be with Me In Paradise"! Praise God!

No. Once you're saved, it doesn't matter if you're baptized or not. However, baptism is considered a public confession of one's faith and although it's not required for salvation, it's considered an act of faith.

No, you won't. Baptism is what follows salvation. It is an act of obedience to God. It signifies the old (sin) man dying and the new (saved) man being born. It is separate from being saved, but should follow it.
