The figure 8...it was in Cosmo magazine. I tried it and oh my god...
The girl is on top, the boy is on bottom, and the girl moves her hips in a hula hoop motion, but makes a figure eight. It is amazing.

Have him lie flat on the floor and hold still. You get on and you do all of the movement. It works.
