We don't settle for less, dear.
We just percieve on a temporal level. God is eternal consciousness. How does a creature with a life span of about 80 years percieve the eternal?
----You relate with your Spirit. As long as you are looking at the tactile you are like the baby who cries when you play peek a boo, because he thinks you're gone.
When you watch the sun go down, and the moon comes up and the stars come out, and it is cool, and dark, and then the sky turns gray and then streaks of light appear, and then the sun rises, that is when you are supposed to Know God exists.
You've just witnessed proof.
The part of himself he gives to us to touch is other people. A partner, children, family and friends. They are each a small representation of the greater God.

The evidence is there, and some say it is just experiential and thus biasly based. However the evidence exists all around us, it is everywhere, because you deny it does not get rid of the evidence. Yet some may say that evolution provides evidence to the contrary, and we can say the same thing there as well. This is a false statement, because the evidence is the same evidence of God and creation, and thus it is misaligned. We that is Christian apologetics could give you mountains of evidence yet in your ungodly minds refuse to accept it, and believe a lie upon lie upon lie upon lie to ad absurdum.

They can't because there is no evidence. All of the religions of the world have the same thing in common, they all were created in a way that had no witness. Muhammad was alone in the cave, Jesus could never prove his birth was an immaculate conception, and Buddha was alone at the time of his enlightment, Moses was also alone when he saw the burning bush. Doesn't it seem very convenient they were all alone at the time?

Tons of money has been spent on it...and the results were clear. People who believe in God do operate on a different level...both physically and mentally. However, when this information was given to the public, non believers insisted that the interpretation of the data was flawed...i.e. they chose not to believe it. So what's new?
By the way, I think the name of the public article on the subject was something about "The God gene". Check it out.

The existence of the physical world is sufficient evidence of God's existence for some of us. If you have a problem with that, o k.
We insist we have a right to our beliefs and you have no right to insult us for that reason alone.

money? research? You thinking that you need scientific, physical proof of a distinct seperate being above the temporary laws of the physical universe is a cult-like delusion! God is a spirit and totally distinct from creation!

I've had a number of experiences in my life that have proven to me that there is a God. I just don't feel that those experiences are to be shared with random people over the internet demanding proof for the existance of God. I know he is real. There isn't a doubt in my mind.

There is no evidence. If you want to believe, you have to have faith. In other words, you have to turn off your brain, ignore all of the evidence against it, and just believe because it feels right. Of course, I cannot see why any sane person would want to do this.

How about I explain it like your weeemaryanne? Oh wait that's the same thing. Seriously though that's why christians call it "faith". However I'd be interested to hear what kind of evidence you have for what you believe in, ambiogenesis, big bang? They are all speculation as well.

Sweetheart, God can reveal Himself to you at anytime, anywhere. He doesn't need research.
A relationship with Him requires faith. Christians know that and so we don't need to spend money proving anything.
Read the Bible there are miracles, speak to Christians, they recognize miracles, yet you still don't believe.
You are like doubting Thomas in the Bible.
(Thomas was there and had doubts until the end, and we have the entire Word of God)
