1) I am the Lord thy God - 1st Amend. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.
2) Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make for thyself an idol - "or prohibiting (religion) the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble"
3) Thou shalt not make wrongful use of the name of thy God - "or abridging the freedom of speech"
4) Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy - See above
5) Honor thy Mother and Father - 9th Amend "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people"
6)Thou shalt not murder - This is already a law.
7) Thou shalt not commit adultery - See 9th Amend.
8) Thou shalt not steal - This is already a law.
9) Thou shalt not bear false witness - 5th Amend "(no one) shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself"
10) Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's
