Well, it depends on what System you are using.
In the MKS (Meter, Kilogram, Second) system, Mass would be Kilograms, Length would be Meters, Volume would be Liters.
In the CGS (Centimeter, Gram, Second) system, Mass would be Grams, Length would be Centimeters, Volume would be Cubic Centimeters (or Milliliters).
There's also the FPS system of Feet, Pounds, and Seconds with Gallons as volume.

There are several "systems" of measurements.
The most common, world-wide, is the MKS system sometimes referred to as the "metric" system
Mass is in kilograms
Volume is in cubic meters
Length is in meters
Another system used mostly in the United States is the "english" system
Mass is in pounds (pounds-mass referenced to the surface of the Earth). (Mass is less commonly given in "slugs".)
Volume is in gallons
Length is in feet.
There are other less common systems of measurement, as well.
EDIT: what that guy below says about volume in liters, in the MKS system sounds correct.
