I have been gone almost a week and I saw the " Block user". What is that about?

If you don't want a user to become your contact or fan, look at your Yahoo! profile, or send you spam if this is someone who gives you spam often, instead of reporting this user you can click the "Block User" button. If Yahoo! notices this blocked user on many different users' blocked lists, the blocked user's account will be deactivated like as if they were reported. You can choose to remove someone from your "Blocked Users" list by clicking on the "My Blocked Users" tab and selecting the users to remove from the list. (The "My Blocked Users" tab can be found next to your contacts and fans tabs). Yahoo! designed this feature because of too many abuse reports.

You can block uses you dont want seeing your profile. Like trolls

it is brand new and it lets you block trolls and stalkers from seeing your questions and your fans....
it is suppossed to help
BUT all the trolls have to do is set up a new account and then find you all over again.
at least it is a start!!
