I have no problem with it... I have had 3 forms of "legal" identification: California's Drivers license, US Military ID, and US Passport.

Also had to show my SSN Card to get my job(s).

I show my ID when I write a check or use my credit card, when I buy an airplane ticket, when I buy a car...

Make holding a false ID a felony !! And if you're an alien... immediate deportation !!

I would have no problem showing ID here.

I already have to show my ID just to get in the building I work!

Nope, I don't like that just "anybody" could get my private information by me showing my identifications, I trust no one for a reason.

All of my immigration documents are in order, so I do not have any problem of showing them. I actually do that with pride.

Many Americans have to show their ID many times a day.
1. you write a check at the grocery store, they check your id
2. you get pulled over for speeding : ) they check your id
3. you drive onto the Airforce base, they check your id.

Americans don't have to worry about being deported, it's the illegals that do.

Nope not at all I don't even mind having a background check for these things, in fact I hope they do all that is necessary to authenticate all my docs!!!!

Absolutely not. The only ones that have a problem with it are here illegally anyway.
