I'm 22, just graduated college, and I enjoy being in a solid relationship with a woman. I was engaged previously, but that didn't work out. So, since then - I've been back to the world of dating for the past year. I don't like that it has so much instability.
My problem is that I either have nobody or everybody at once. Right now, I've got tons of people that want to date me - but I have no idea how to manage that. These girls don't like the idea of sharing me either.

oooh tricky, why don't you look at everyone that likes you and see what one you could see your self living life with and having some kids with, if theres 2 or more then think about the qualities, i think it is nice that a young lad actually wants to settle down, good luck :D

I would go out with whom ever I pleased. Make sure you do not give the impression that you are dating any one of them exclusively. If they ask be up front. Right now you want to have some fun, and meet different people. Some of the young ladies might not like that, but, they have to respect your honesty. Don't go gettin nekkid with everyone, but go out and have fun. Some of them will stand out to you, and perhaps one young lady will shine above all the others.

If you have SO many girls to choose from... go out with each of them once... those that YOU like, YOU choose. Those that don't want you to go out on a date with anyone else, although you've only been on one date with them, hope they sick around if you decide (quickly) that you like them or you don't.
If you don't like the ones that don't want to share you, let them go.
Hopefully you can weed out those that you like, the one's you don't like, the one's that like you, the one's that decide they don't like you, and then those that will stick around for you decide.
The worst mistake you can make is not dating no one but dating the wrong one for too long.

I'm 23 and the same goes for me with being lonely or too busy. I really cannot answer your question, but you'd have to narrow them down and take a pick or have some fun.

well duh no girl likes to share anybody. we can be very possesive. i would just find someone u can settel down with and not only look at looks but look at personality.
