I have asked several non abusive questions about other religions lately, have you?

Not on Yahoo answers, but I have an acquaintance who is Hindu and is from India. I have had a great dialogue with him about what Hinduism is all about, what they believe, how they practice their religion, etc. In turn, I have been able to share with him all about having a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, how that plays out in my day to day life, and why I believe it is the greatest thing to happen in my life.

Neither of us have been offended, and both of us have learned and grown as a result.

Am I ever going to become Hindu? No.
Is he ever going to become a Christian? I don't know, but I am praying that he will.

I've only asked questions in other sections lately. I'm somewhat new to programming (and worse, the project I took over is mostly written in Visual Basic), so I occasionally need help.

For asking some decent questions about christianity, all I got were some unintelligible answers and verbal abuse; some to the point of condeming me to hell.

No; I mostly answer questions. I'm Jewish, and people tend to be curious about us, so I try to give them an answer from my point of view. The more we know about each other, the better we all are going to get along, in my opinion.

My questions, for the greater part, tend to be intentionally neutral. I just don't ask many questions at all.
