I havent had my baby yet, but shes comin right around the corner. I'd like to know some good/easy workouts that wouldnt be too stressful on my body.

My sister recently had her baby, and she has been walking a hour or so everyday. It's a easy enough exercise, that'll help you move back up to doing your normal exercise routine if you have one.

After having my kid's I walked to lose my baby weight and then some,about a mile a day was all I did.

cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, swimming, cycling etc) - it burns fat all over your body (we cant spot reduce body fat). do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) and combine it with light weight training because cardio burns both - fat and muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism )
