The Stiners answer was correct,
and i voted for it, as the best answer.
Yes, "nuu" can mean "well", "com'on" in Russia..etc
All these "Joizees" are standing for New Jersey in the USA,
and that is where i have been reside for the last 15 years.

I don't know it either, but i don't like the fact that some people are writing nonsense here, and you might believe them.

The words are NOT:

At least that I can say with absolute certainty!

Edited: of course I meant the first answer! when I wrote this, the second one was not posted yet! The second one looks promising!

Nu'u means height or summit in Hawaiian.
Nu is the Russian word for "well", as in
"Well, how are you doing".
Joyzee is a Brooklynese version of "Jersey".
