Judaism, Christianity, or Islam? your belief and faith is... and why?

I am Jewish both by birth and by choice.

I have had the opportunity to study the Christian scriptures, and, while they were interesting, the faith itself just made no sense to me. Judaism DOES make sense to me. Even though I wasn't particularly raised Jewish, my mindset is very Jewish, and I love being within the Jewish community.

I've never looked into Islam, but I imagine my experiences with Christianity might be similar.. except that Muslims have never proselytized the way that *some* Christians constantly do.

Truth is independent of the labels you've listed or the number of people that have a knowledge of it. Most religions teach some truth.

Prior to birth we lived as spirit children of a Heavenly Father. In order for us to grow and develop, He prepared this earth and set up conditions so we would be exposed to both good and bad choices. This helps us to understand truth.

God can and does teach truth through prophets and through other methods, but he does so in a way that requires us to learn how to tell the difference between right and wrong. For example, I tell my children that honesty is important and why. Hopefully they'll obey, but they will probably understand the principle better when they see how a relationship is damaged because of a lie.

Jesus Christ is central to God's plan and information about him has been taught by all the prophets from the beginning.

You may wonder why I'm writing as if I actually know something. That's because I do. The Church of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth in modern times, complete with living prophets and apostles. Additional scripture has been revealed and we now have a great deal more information that helps us to understand God and His purposes.
