People don't have to get married to make love either they just chose to not (some, that is)
I think that it's not really a sin though for animals because they don't really know any better and seriously how many animals wear a wedding dress?

Their brains are not developed enough to give a damn. Plus, they are at danger of being eaten by other animals so to insure their species survival, they mate only to produce offspring.

Oh please don't even go there. If you're encouraging requiring animals to have marriage licenses then what you're doing is putting them on an even par with humans...which will give homophobes more of a warped reasoning to oppose gay marriage....

No, it is not sin. Animals have not been made in the image of God (spiritually) thus the act is merely biological instinct...no more..no less.
