This forum is not necessarily a place to bash religion. I've learned quite a bit from the various posts here. In between the trolling and antagonism, there are still quite a few worthwhile questions and answers. I come here to learn. I've learned quite a bit about the beliefs of others, and sometimes, I also learn things about my own belief system that I previously didn't know.

to counter some of the out and out lies. Occasionally I am hoping just like when Nicodemus went to the Lord in the middle of the night, some here may occasionally think about what was said on this site that was of the truth

Sometimes I come here and get a laugh. Sometimes someone asks a really good question that makes me think. Sometimes people are genuinely curious. I try to be a voice for liberal Christianity, and to show that we're not all about judgement and intolerance.
