It is not surprising that every body has fear and anger.
As the living beings, these are virtually parts of ours, but unlikely ones. What do you think if we need to get rid of them? If so, how? Your answers and comments are welcomed.

Thanks for all of your answers and suggestions.
To my opinion, these are our stubborn diseases. To cure the symptoms and to kill the causal agent are two things that differ in the effects.

Fear and anger are manifestations of unfullfilled expectations. Review and re-align expectations with reality then fear and anger go away in equal measure...
Simple to say, VERY difficult to do. But it CAN be done. Zen is one such tool...

By practicing qualities of compassion, forgiveness, kindness, and mindfulness. What needs to be realized is that desire/wanting is what leads to suffering.
Restated, this means that when you want something you create a discrepancy between how you are *actually* are now and how you *think* you need to be in order to be content. So follow the logic here; if you think you are not content, then you aren't! It is as simple as that, and that is what wanting is.
How do you deal with it? You just let it go! Thats why you apply compassion and forgive! Because by being angry, you make the person you are angry at suffer and YOU suffer because you have to bare being angry. How many times do you run angry thoughts around and around in your head? For what purpose? It doesn't do anything or change the facts. In each discreet moment of *now* that makes up the passage of time, each of those moments could be a moment of contentedness, but it isn't because your fault-finding mind finds something to be discontent about.
What I would recommed is to start a practice of meditation. You don't have to change religions to do that, it's simply quiet calm time with yourself where you observe what is happening in the moment. You don't attach or think about whats going on, you observe and nothing more. You observe your emotions and thoughts, but you let them go, always pulling yourself back to what is actually happening *now*. Turning your attention the your breath, in and our, and noting the qualities of the breath as they happen. If you're willing to explore Buddhism, which is big on meditation, check out these talks below by Ajahn Brahm. Good luck, and just remember to let things go! ^_^

Believe it or not, Zen Buddhism... once enlightenment is reached, there is no fear or anger. I read this book called Hardcore Zen by this punk rocker and his journey to search for the truth of everything. It's makes interesting reading and does answer those fundamental questions.

You overcome fear and anger when you find out who you really are...you are eternal peace, bliss, Absolute Reality, Brahman, etc, etc.
As long as you identify with the body and mind, there will be fear and anger.

You can't. Both are about self preservation and are human. You can only learn to accept fear and anger as a normal condition that you overcome.

As you've rightly said yourself that these are parts of us so its difficult to completely elliminate them from self but rather one can have control on them. Its all in your head and heart meaning how you think about the matter or situation.
As one makes wise and thoughful decision in choosing whats best for them likewise one needs to choose if they want waist their enery being angry and/or fearful.....Its all KARMIC!!!

Not possible.
Both fear and anger are necessary.
Think about it.
Fear alerts you to danger or trouble.
Anger alerts you that your well being is at risk.
*Unreasonable* is a key word in this thinking. And anyone who has unreasonable fears or anger needs professional help.

We need them in order to learn how to live. Otherwise, we wouldn't run away from a charging rhino or a knife-wielding mugger.
