would it be possible that sex offenders, that like children, are born that way also? We always say it's sick like a disease(i truly don't approve ) but can we come to conclusion that people are born this way? Like how people are born attracted to the same sex or the opposite sex.

it may be possible but i do not think so. i worked with a lot of pedophiles, while i was in a medium security unit in canada, for the criminally insane. most of the child molesters all had predisposing factors, causing them to offend. they were quite often molested themselves, and usually had a tramatic event happen in their life, such as a loss of a parent at a young age, and other factor contributing to their offences. a good question.

I think it is possible to be born a pedophile, but I think it's much more likely that people are born with a predisposition that environmental factors trigger. That doesn't mean they are allowed to act on it either. They still have a responsibility to adhere to the law (and societal standards) which are both in place to protect the young. There is definitely a difference, being gay and acting on is of little consequence because there are two willing parties who are aware. In a sex offender situation, the child is being abused, is unaware and "helpless", for lack of a better word.

No one is born gay! I have never heard of a five week old of either sex practicing sodomy, cunnilingus or fellatio. You are raised in such a way that you prefer gentle or brusque people of the same sex; it is a combination of environment, experience and choice. This is just my opinion there is no evidence for it or against it.
