I dated my ex on and off for 3 yrs and he kept running everytime we got serious and its been over a year since we went dated and during that time i met someone that i have a lot in common with and really like but hes about 10 years older then me and thats the only thing wrong with him so now i dont know what i should do if i should go back to my ex and possibly have my heart broken again or if i should try it out with this other guy thoughts???

I definitely think you should try it out with this new guy - if your ex broke your heart three times already the chances are he will do it again and if you want to have a serious relationship with somebody you don't want him because he runs every time you two get serious! Take a chance with this new guy, but don't rush things, take it really slow you don't want to get involved too seriously too soon with someone that much older than you. If you two are fit for each other then you'll stay together and the older you get the smaller the gap in age between you two becomes. I know a married couple who have been happily married for twenty years and the man is 12 years older than the woman. I wish you the best of luck and I hope I helped!

Ultimately you have to make the decision for yourself, but I would hope that it's a good one. Don't go back to the ex- boyfriend. Obviously he feels that it is okay to hurt you, because you'll always take him back. There seems to be a pattern. I say try it out with the new guy. The only way you should be concerned about the age difference, is if your a minor and he isn't. If that's not the case, live a little and try it out! Be safe! Good Luck!

Well I don't think you should get back with your ex. its apparent you guys cant work it out and whats the point of wasting your time with this guy when the guy your meant to marry was missed. Now as for liking another man its good to know that you can move on and that there are people out there for you. i would just say that the age thing shouldn't be a big deal unless you feel uncomfortable with it. its different like 16-26 compared to when your older like mid twenties dating someone in thirties i think. its whatever you feel comfortable with. good luck!

Stay away from your ex at all costs. Go out with the new man and move on with your life. Age is nothing but a number. Get to know this man and do not jump into the sack so quickly.

No one can tell you who to choose, that your decison, but you ask everyone , what the would do in that sitution,, But you need to also think back to how he made you feel when he broke your heart, not once , but three time, that pain that you problemly don't want to go thru a again. But if you , still have feel for this men, don't let any one my you feel bad for how you feel , because your the only one that have to live with it

Don't go back with him, he's just going to do it again. Be weary of someone that likes you that is 10 years older, that can be a lot depending on your age.

your ex had his chance. your feelings for him are on the verge of obsession, which is not the same as love. i say you should give the new guy a chanc eand leave the old crapiness behind. en ex is an ex for a reason...remember?
