if you only eat one meal a day...not a good thing...you are likely eating too much for your stomach to tolerate. Eat more often in smaller amounts.

I totally understand you...It happened to me too, I used to eat almost nothing and sometimes I still do but the thing is that after the meal i ate, my stomach felt like throwing up and I didn't stick my finger down my throat or anything to throw up...it happened to me for a couple of months last year but now I am fine...go to the doctor as I did maybe the doctor can tell you why you are throwing up and he/she may help you. I think it's the best thing to do. Hope I helped :)

If you are young, you may feel that you are fine this way. As you get older, not eating much and working out intensely will cause a lot of health problems.
You will maximize your work out results by eating small meals through tout the day... this way, your body is not starving, you will keep up your metabolism and your slim figure. Otherwise in about 5-10 years, you will Look horrible. Your skin is also affected by your diet. Under eating causes dehydration and vitamin deficiency. If you are feeling ill and throwing up, cut down your meal size and spread it out. Be mindful of your eating, don't watch TV. Eat slowly, enjoy the food that God made for you. Your body is a temple, take care of it, and it will take are of you

Do you eat then work out and then throwing-up? If yes; then you should wait till your food digests. If not then I don't know; nevertheless you should eat more then once a day; that's not healthy especially if you work out. If your burning calories (working out) you need to have some calories to burn; tossing your lunch no matter how, before you get the calories can't help. base you calorie intake on a 2,000 a day count and eat small meals several times a day. On another point you might you might want to consult a doctor, there my be more significant health problems (I'm not a Doctor I don't know) hope this helps.

if you just recently started working out a lot that could explain it.. i'm not sure why exactly but when i started track i wasn't hungry ever after i ran and for awhile. and if you're only eating 1 meal a day your stomach has already prob shrunk, so its hard to hold down that much food at a time. if you wait a few days you might feel better. i'd say try eating small snacks throughout the day to help.

try eating three full meals every day even when you don't want to..if this throwing up thing is a reaction because you think you're fat,you chose the worst way!
try going to a professional nutritionist to give you a healthy diet that will help you burn the carbs you take within the day..
working out is not bad,but you mustn't exercise while you don't eat anything! your body needs energy to do anything and if you don't supply yourself with enough energy you'll end up passing out all the time..
everytime you eat find sth else to distract you so that you'll forget to throw up!

You need to be eating more than one meal a day.
When you eat that one meal, it's terribly restrictive on calories, and it's actually hard on your body. When you don't eat, it can actually damage your organs - the body starts to eat itself instead of fat. Never a good idea.
I recommend what another person said: work yourself up to more. Eat smaller amounts with more frequency. Don't work out so hard. You're actually causing your body more damage. This is one case when eating less is damaging, and working out more is hurting you.
If you're that worried about your body, please see your physician. He or she can help you get on the right diet for you (where you WON'T throw up! :D) and exercise plan.
Getting in shape and being healthy is good, but you've gotta do just that - GET HEALTHY. :)

maybe you should eat more..eating once a day is not enough, and it will slow your metabolism..if you start eating more a day i think your body will get used to it, and you will stop throwing up.
