What I was hoping it would do is block the impostors, or the crazies who open new accounts for the purpose of harassing people.
I guess it's good that you can block people from your contact list. There are probably some people who shouldn't have easy access to your profile.
I haven't used it, but I haven't had cause to.

The block feature, if I understand correctly, still allows you to see the questions and answers of the user. All it does is block them from being able to join as your fan and email you I think.
I haven't found anyone to block yet!

Well, I've used it against one of my meaner cloners. And against a certain messianic jew who is known for stalking and reporting etc.
