I heard that squat is the king of exercises because it pushes your body to grow bigger in muscle mass. Is this true?

i believe squats uses more muscles than the deadlifts, especially if you squat all the way down to recruit more hamstring work to take the stress off your knees. but in either case, big lifts like squat, deadlift, bench press, and pull-ups cause more "damage" to your body that it must repair (grow new muscle) than isolated moves like a bicep curl.

so yes, it will cause your overall body to grow bigger, but you must still stimulate all of your parts in some way. doing those 4 core lifts should hit most of your body except maybe calves.

dead lift is better if you really want to grow all you need dead lift, bench press, and pull-ups.
