If you have already made stuff that just needs to be put on a tray and heated in the oven do that. Like fish fillets or breaded chicken. With it. The prepackaged rice mixes that only need to boil water and put a little oil or butter. And set for the amount of time needed do that. Heat a can of corn or mixed veggies with butter and your set.

Grilled cheese sandwhiches and soup.....or any sandwhich and a salad or soup.....or Boil some water and throw in some pasta and pour the sauce over it....that requires 2 pans. Should be an easy cook and clean up.

Plate of cheese, crackers or bread, sliced fruit of any kind, leftover cold chicken or a can of tuna with the juices pressed out, olives and or pickles, a cold bottle of chardonnay or pinot grigio and you have a nice sundown dinner.

casseroles, I have emptied my pantry many times doing this, you can mix just about anything into a pot of noodles. My favorite is macaroni with mushroom soup, canned mushrooms and chicken or ham.

We always enjoy corn beef hash tacos, they are very tasty and quick to fix, just put hash inside a flour tortilla and enjoy.I heat the hash and heat tortillas in the microwave.
