The sound is all good but theres no picture

You don't say how you have it hooked up to its source. If the video from your source is fed to the TV via a different cable or set of cables than the audio you may have just had a cable come loose. Otherwise it sounds like a service issue. I recommend asking around at electronics stores about who has the best reputation in your area. There are many incompetent and dishonest technicians in that business. Any of the competent and honest ones will tell you so.

Sounds to me like the picture tube is history, you need to get it to a repariman or buy a new television.

Check your Scart connections.
The pins with the pictures may have come loose.

in the old days, it would be the picture tube. call a repairman, and make an appointment.
