Not really.
She probably cost the county more in housing and security than any other inmate.
The upside is that, now that she's spent time in jail, any repeat violations will be considered felonies, and she will do way more than 3 days.

Her mommy didn't think it was right, that her baby had to go to jail! She was yelling out at the judge in court that day..having a $3,000.00 purse by her side.
These people like, Paris and the Baldwin boys and Mel Gibson, drinking and driving..Need to do the time, like the rest of the world. They would throw the book at a everyday nobody.. Why should these people get off..just bc they're famous.
And these same rich people always talking
about doing drugs, and not doing the time for it.
They should be punished for it.
Paris is just another Anna Nicole Smith.

She should have had to stay the full time that the judge gave her. She'll be back because they have her on house arrest with that thing straped around her ankle , if she takes it off are don't call and get permission to leave her home for 30 days for whatever.. The judge will put her back for the full time he first sentence he gave her and knowing her , she'll break the home arrest law I hope she does and gets put in with the hard criminals. That shows what having money will do, it was wrong to let her get out cause she was whining and crying when her quack came to see her, To me she is the lowest of the lowest. I hope she gets so many years in the women's meanest prison. That way she'll keep that dress down unless one of the Bull Dog's wants it up.

I think she was in jail for 3 days....And I think she got kinda sick
She did not know her license was suspended because her publicist said it wasn't.....
I think next time, since she is freaking rich, she should hire a chauffeur
You don't understand honey, There are A LOT of people hating on her, like you..
How much more if u put her in jail..
she got locked up with those REAL CRIMINALS..
how would u feel like if u were so famous for nothing and have haters trying to get rid of u, and then end up in a jail with killers and thieves...
She's had her punishment but i do think it's shorter than an average person but we are not like her..we don't normally have people trying to kill us because they hate us so much..

That woman aint gunna learn anytime soon. She is what I would call a Hollywood Goober! She is so stupid. She acts like shes all that, but she is NOTHING!! Im surprised she still has her friends like nicole richie! She is so stupid, I'm glad she is in jail, thats where she needs to be. And shes so flat chested it aint funny, I'll bet if I swung at her and missed I'd give her pnuemonia (if you don't get that joke don't try to you won't.) She needs to be put in jail for longer, NO ONE is above the LAW. I'm surprised that she got her sentence cut in half! What did she do to get it cut in half? Give the judge a little "favor" ???

YES! I think anyone else in that jail facility complaining of illness should also be allowed to return home for house arrest and if not start the discrimination filings. It goes to show...you can have all cash in the world and buy freedom...but it can't buy you guts! The weak is the weak...PERIOD! Shame on the justice system.

Yes it bothers me, not because I feel that she should get "punished" per se, but because I fear that some teenagers and young adults may feel that drunk driving is not that big of a deal.
We have so many innocent lives lost due to drunk driving, and yet this offense is rarely punished adequately.
It may sound harsh, but drunk (both legal and illegal substances) should be punished heavily.

I actually heard she was being OVERLY punishes because she is a celebrity. People who do what she did, never get 45 days in jail. Never. SHe was being punished for being who she is, so they can use her as an example. And so you are aware, I am not even a fan of hers. i could care either way.
