because wasn't it something like 450 feet long? did god magically make the inside of the ark bigger like the tents in harry potter or did he shrink down all the animals temporarily?

Don't make fun of God!!! God is the awsomest thing in the world. He's really really big! Bigger than you and he gets angry. He will smite you or something because he does what he wants to and when he doesn't get his way he throws a tantrum like a little kid.
He's not a little kid, though. He's like really old or something and he has a beard and he doesn't need to brush his teeth because he's got a magic wand that does it for him.

How in the world is the ark scientifically proven? You cannot find a single piece of scientific proof to back up the story of Noah's ark as it is in the bible. In fact, science points the opposite direction. Zoology says it is impossible for them to keep a large number of animals on board a structure like that with the amount of space they had for food and freshwater and with the manpower they had. Also, geology shows that there was no global flood.

God gave Noah specific instructions on how to make the ark to fit all of the animals living at that time.
This was a universal, world wide flood, covering the whole earth.
All around the world, we find billions of fossils that have been buried in water-carried mud and sand. Their preservation often
shows rapid burial and fossilization. The physical evidence from the rocks and fossils fit what the Bible says.

This story is at the base of all Western and Middle Eastern philosophies and religions.
Think about it. There are over 9,000 species of birds alone. This in itself proves evolution to the fundamentalists because it is the only explanation for the world-wide dispersion of so many types and kinds.
We must remember that these stories were first spoken legends, then adapted into songs, then chronicled, then lost, then reborn. There is historical truth to some of it. There is complete misunderstanding in all of it.
