I Really don't know of a cream but there are Therma Care heat wraps. They are like a heating pad but without the cord. Also Icy Hot has heat wraps that you can put on your knees and elbows and back. Any of the 2 is great and they don't smell. Here is the website you can go to t see the two products.

Most creams and ointment have an odor. Ben-gay has a cream with a "vanishing scent" that is tolerable. It actually says vanishing scent on the box! You didn't say if this is chronic or not, but if it is, there are products that you can take orally to help sore joints due to arthritis such as glucosamine and gelatin. if its because you planted flowers yesterday and you just ache, you could also take Advil or aleve to help with the pain (provided that you are not allergic to them or have prescription meds that interfere with them!)
Hope this helps!

My orthopedic surgeon gave my this to take to build up my cartilage and tendons around my bones. I have severe arthritis in the degenerative stages. He did say, it doesn't seem to work for everyone and, try it to see if you feel relief.
Gulcosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate: the Glucosamine is suppose to help relieve pain.
Other then this, large doses of Ibuprofen, ice packs, a muscle relaxer from your doctor, that's about it.
It's over the counter or at your health food store. I don't know if it helps, I can only say "try it" you might like it.
