Do you not comprehend the term HABITUAL OFFENDER?
It means not only does this person make mistakes, he does not LEARN from them and therefore makes them again.
As for the history lesson, what needs to be addressed with the foreigners is:
The new breed of immigrant only wants to LIVE in America. They don't want to BE AMERICAN.
I don't care who you are, if you come to USA and choose to live out your life here, you damn well better become a Citizen and be a part of society. Otherwise you are merely a visitor who's afraid to go home.
That's not racist. It's patriotic. I don't believe in mistreatment of anyone. I believe in people respecting the laws and rules of the country they are in, regardless of where they came from.

If your boyfriend has a jail sentence that is longer than one year, most likely he will get deported even though he is here legally. I made an unfortunate mistake in my life, but don't regret it because my son was a result of it, but his father was a permanent resident of the US from the Dominican Republic. To try to make some more money to send home to his family, the genius decided to sell drugs and was caught the first time! Anyway, it was a large amount and the courts were seeking 7 years, the lawyer pleaded him down to 2, at which time he left the country because he was told that in most cases, unless he slips through the cracks, criminals that are not US citizens are deported after one year so as not to use the taxpayers money. It's a good idea if you ask me, why would we want to pay for criminals from another country when we have our own?
I don't agree with alot of people's opinions on immigration here, but I definitely think that if the person is a criminal and unproductive member of society they have no right to be here and are perpetuating the stereotypes that people have of immigrants.

If he's here legally why would they deport him? But I will tell you as a habitual Offender he is looking at 3 years in jail at the very least and it could be as high as 10. Get a lawyer, do not let a public defender handle this.

You lost any support on my end with habitual offender legal or not. That's not a mistake,a mistake is something you do once and hopefully learn from. Obviously he hasn't learned a thing and obviously doesn't care about consequences. I hope he does jail time and gets deported. Have you even stopped to consider the amount of pain and loss he may have caused people through his actions?

First, learn to use punctuation in a sentence, okay? Your little rant was painful to read.
Second, your boyfriend is here legally. Why would he be deported?
Third, anti-immigration has nothing to do with racism. If that was the case then my butt would have been sent right back to Cuba years ago. The real reason everyone is so uptight about immigration is that people have been coming here illegally (um, you do *KNOW* there is a federal law against illegal immigration, right?)
Look, nobody's saying they don't want Mexicans here. Hell, they have been in places like Texas and California and Illinois for *YEARS* already. Nobody cares if they are Mexican. We just care if they aren't legal.
Stop using the race card, it's a dishonest argument when it comes to illegal immigration.

Nice rant-
Hit and run and habitual offender- You don't think that might have a more to do with judgements on your bf then the fact that you say he is an immigrant.

Huh? So what is it that you are really trying to say?
What is habitual offender? Habitual hit and run?
And how is it your fault that he's in jail? Did he go there for a crime that you committed?
Ditch the loser and kick him to the curb girl. You'll figure it out someday.

if he is a habitual offender chances are he's a goner.
everyone wants to change when they are incarcerated
it is not your fault your bf was arrested
as far as racism in the system is concerned -- it exists but the situation you are describing is that you have a stupid immature bf who is going to be deported because he can't live by the rules society has set for ALL of us.
Good Riddance...

Try using periods (.) after you finish a sentence. First of all, if your boyfriend is here legally, he can't be deported. Second, he sounds like a loser and I don't feel sorry for him. In that case, I wish we could deport him. No offense but it's idiots like your boyfriend that makes everyone hate Mexicans. You're dumb by association....good luck!

I sure hope he gets deported. A habitual criminal who isn't even an American citizen? Send him home.
It's not racist to expect foreigners to obey our laws.
It IS ignorant to go around screaming racism when you don't have a clue about what is involved.
