drink lots of water (8-12 glasses a day), and if you like tea, green tea has also been proven to help people lose weight. eat a large breakfast and five smaller meals a day, giving yourself small portions at a time and taking your time to eat them so not to overeat. try not to eat after 6 or 7 at night.
90 lbs in 3 weeks is not realistic at all.. especially if you don't plan on working out. if you set a simpler goal for yourself you'll probably be more successful. and if you REALLY want to lose weight, you should reconsider going to the gym or at least taking up walking/joggin at least 3 days a week.

i found the e book to be very informative and basic to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms in touch that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too at as quickly as. i visit confess i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet as a rule) and doing little or no workout, however the load retains flying off. It needless to say works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me simply by quantity that i might lose. So thank you returned for the counsel. i've got by no potential bought something like this till now simply by fact they're in lots of situations finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start as we communicate!

Unfortunately, the best way to do it is to lose 2-3 lbs a week. The best way is by doing a lot of cardio exercises. You can lose 90 lbs in a year, but in no way can you do it in 3 weeks... Sorry hon...

Just excersie 15 minutes (not that long ) each day and u'll be os suprised or join the program L.A. Loss cuz u cna lose 100 lbs in a week. I excersie only 15 minutes EVERY DAY though and i weigh 92 pounds XD

90 lbs. probably ain't gonna happen, maybe around half that.
Eat 5 or so small meals during the day.
Exercise in the morning and then the afternoon (15-20 mins is fine)
Don't eat donuts, cookies, chips, soda, or anything with high sugar/salt content.

you cannot lose 90lbs in 3 weeks.
no matter what people tell you
thats 21 days and around 3.5lbs a day you would have to lose
- you only lose about 3.5 pounds a week healthily

The only way it can really honestly happen is if you excersize literally 24/7 and only eat proteins.

i dont think you can lose 90 pounds in 3 weeks... it will take a lot longer than that.
