And now from someone who's actually made wine....

It really depends on how much strawberry you have. Puree fifteen pounds of strawberries and freeze it. This breaks up the cell wall, releasing more juice from the fruit.

Simmer ten pounds of honey in half a gallon of water at 150 degrees for a half hour. Add one tablespoon of yeast nutrient to this. After a half hour, add two gallons of ice cold water to bring the temperature below 80 degrees. Shake the batch, or stir vigorously to introduce air into the must. Add wine yeast and put mixture in a sanitized five gallon container fitted with an airlock.

In two weeks, thaw out the strawberries and put them in a second sanitized container. Siphon the 'honey wine' that you made into it. DO NOT POUR IT IN! Add half a teaspoon of pectic enzyme and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract to your batch and seal it up with a lid fitted with an airlock.

Two weeks later, siphon it out of your fermentor into another one, careful not to bring too much sediment over. Two months later, do it again.

Let it sit for six months and enjoy.

There are lots of websites for wine recipies, just type in "strawberry wine recipe" and they will come up. I have made strawberry wine, but it is hard to use fresh berries - NOT IMPOSSIBLE! You can make as little as a gallon. The trick is to get your sugar level right. I suggest you research recipies and find one that fits your style. Good luck.

Wow, people really have some idiotic answers for you. I guess they have no clue about how alcohol is made and have never heard of strawberry or peach wine. I don't have an exact recipe for you, but I can tell you that you can make wine out of any kind of fruit as long as you have yeast and add plenty of sugar to aid in the fermentation process and the creation of alcohol.

I would encourage you to look up prison wine, as inmates everywhere have been making their own wine for a long time.

Good luck!

I've never heard of making berry wine, but I'm sure its made somewhere. Maybe as a cordial. I make a brandy cordial with my blackberries, just get some cheap brandy and put several cups of berries in a jar with the brandy, add a little sugar, and let sit for a couple of months. Tasting is allowed over time. All agricultural products in the US have a corporate PR site with recipes and info, ie, Avocado Advisory Board. Try California strawberries, a big business there.

I would suggest you start with something other than strawberries.

Go to either a wine hobby shop or a home brewing hobby shop. They will get you all the supplies you need. (Including grape juice, with which you will probably have better luck as a first time enologist (wine maker).)

Yes you can make wine with ur strawberries , don't wash them and crouch them and put them in a plastic(not metal) flask, and blend them one time every day after 40 day , your wine is ready .(dont forget your straw berries must be perfectly ripe and sweet)
