... don't worry and stop being paranoid. the connection to from your ear to your brain is an electrical signal traveling across synapses. i don't think a parasite or bug would get through to your brain without you being in extreme pain. lol. its normal to have a stuffy head and ears when associated with a cold. and let this be a lesson to you, don't watch the health channel when sick, IT JUST MAKES YOU THINK YOU ARE SICKER.

Have him go to the ER especially if its still alive and irritating him, if he tries to remove it himself he could puncture his eardrum. Don't put a Q-tip in there because it could push the bug back further

you can try to SLOWLY pour water into ear so that the bug will try to swim on the surface - then SLOWLY fill ear up till bug comes out!

I wouldn't use straight rubbing alcohol. Flush it out with 1/2 sterile water and 1/2 peroxide. If it doesn't come out, go to the doc. It's a quick fix, there's no where for it to go unless you rupture your (his) ear drum.

He needs to ge to the ER to get it taken out. They have instruments to remove it. You do not want that bug dying it there.Goodluck!

Go to the ER. If it was me, I'd be screaming my *** off.
Leaving it in there can cause discomfort and perhaps an infection. You need to get it out.

ER and let them do it. DO NOT use q-tips or home remedies, may do more harm. Plus if it's a house fly remember they lay maggots!

Flush it out with rubbing alchohol. IF you have one of the bulb ear syringes or just a regular syring just keep flushing until it washes out.

Try a cottonball with some mineral oil on it to smother it.... If it's still bothering him take him to the doctor to have it removed.. Do Not dig in there with anything...
