Can aspirin be used as a drug or something? Like can you get high off it? Can you use it as a pain reliever for anything besides headaches? Please help. I need to know.

beside its antipyritic properties (reduces fever) and analgesic effect (reduces pain) ..
aspirin is used very commonly for heart surgery and any other cardiac problems such as strokes, IHD ... etc ..
it is a vasodilator (widens veins) and also causes blood not to clot (anticoagulant) so in some cases it can be prescribed up to 12 pills a day !!
Note: the person above me mentiones what he believes to be huge benifits of aspirin. i wouldnt nesseceraly recommend that at all !!

I never heard of aspirin giving someone a high by itself...and taken with alcohol can really damage your stomach. It is a general light pain reliever so does not only work to relieve the pain involved with headaches, but also other pain. It is used as a fever reducer, pain reliever and blood thinner primarily. Best not to get high at all, but if you are going to anyway, aspirin isn't going to be the most successful drug for you.

No, aspirin will not mask THC use or get rid of marijuana just before a test. The action of aspirin is a bit helpful because it thins out the blood for a blood test, but nowhere near the helpfulness that would be needed just before a drug test. A hair follicle test would be even more distinctive as THC is stored there longer than if someone were to take a urine or blood test. You can expect THC to remain anywhere from 3 to 40 days.

You can NOT 'get high' from aspirin, but it is a 'drug' ... and as a 'pain reliever' it works on any type of pain but 'bladder pain' as long as the 'pain' is not too strong ... and there is a HUGE BENEFIT to taking one regular (or baby) aspirin every day ... FEWER HEART ATTACKS. And NEVER "overdose" on aspirin, because it could cause your stomach to 'bleed' and other really bad things ... including 'death' but not very often on that, so it doesn't work for 'committing suicide' ...

I take one every day, 81 mg, as a blood thinner.
This is very normal for high cholesterol, or where there is a danger of clogged arteries.
Since itis a non prescription drug it isnot "prescribved" but is very highly recommeneded.

yes it is like a drug or something, it will get you high it will make you go to sleep,and it does work for anything besides headaches.

there is no high from it but repeated longterm use can lead to
stomach lining deterioration
