Well.. After a break up. I cry [ofcors] and maybe get a lil depress. But then start to move and good active activities helps a lot with friends. I dont go look for another relationship or date other people coz im still a bit hurt from the last relationship so i stay single and enjoy freedom and hangout with friends.. =]

Well, the last two breakups were quite hard. They were long relationships for me and I put a lot of myself into making the work....and when they didn't.....!
I went to the bar with my best friend and literally cried in my beer all night.
After drinking stopped masking the pain, I tried to become a better person. I wanted to be different for the next relationship, so I made some dramatic changes - either I drastically changed my hairdo or started working out a lot or tried new activities to help me get my mind of the pain.

Cry, scream, grieve, hurt, laugh, get angry, cry more, grieve more and hurt more. Then after that (and how long you do that depends on you - no one can say how long is long enough for someone else) pick myself up, dust myself off, and reflect. I think about how hurt I am and how I'm never going to let it happen again, how I'm never going to love again...but of course that's not true. Then I think "what is my part in this, what went wrong". Then slowly, start to get back out there. It's hard, breakups are tough, but if you learn from them and try not to repeat the same mistakes, then it'll be okay. It's just a part of life. Good luck.

Play the field, date a little. Nothing serious, it takes me months until I'm ready for that again but just enjoy yourself and meet some eligible bachelors

Spend time with myself. That might sound weird but I do. I go out to eat by myself , workout by myself, go shopping, etc. Sometimes when you break up with someone you just need time alone. That is the best healing process to me.
