Well my friend, the War may be over in lets say, a few years. The government may say the war is over but the truth is that Americans will not be able to pull out of Iraq for a really really long time. Not to mention we have the ultimate staging ground to strike any country in that area!

Depends on which war the supposed civil war or the war against terror? Well if democrats win the White House it Will be over shortly after the swearing in. Then the war will be here in America as the terrorists will see it as a weakness and think they won. So they wil begin to wage it here. As for the civil war probably as soon as the opposite side has been completely eliminated

The war won't end until the US government believes that Iraq is stable enough to have a general sense of peace and calamity. Or until someone in the white house buys a calender.

There is no 'war' - it's a military police action. War must be declared by Congress. However, the U.S. will maintain a presence in Iraq until we've sucked every drop of OIL from its sands. This 'war' has been all about OIL and WAR PROFITEERING FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY. -rko- 06/07/07

Well they're going to be over there until Bush is out, he will keep them over there, and he will not allow them to retreat back hom until the "mission" is done. We caught Hussein, and there are Weaps. of Mass Destruction, so WHY ARE WE STILL THERE?! We need to go after Bin Laden now! We don't need to be in Iraq, who cares about their freedoms, let them blow each other up, it's none of our business.
